1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Buffalo Rappers, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Rules. The service is intended for people age 13 or older. Anyone under the age of legal majority should use the service only with a parent or guardian’s awareness and permission.
2. Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your password and notify us of unauthorized access. Selecting “Producer” describes your profile; producer control-room authority is granted only after administrator review. We may suspend accounts that threaten safety, security or platform integrity.
3. Your music and license
You keep ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you own or control every necessary right to the sound recording, composition, lyrics, artwork, performances and samples, or otherwise have permission to use them. You grant Buffalo Rappers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transcode, stream, display and distribute the content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You may remove profile content using the available controls, subject to backups, completed collaborations and legal retention duties.
4. Pass the Mic collaboration
Challenge owners and participants remain responsible for agreeing on credits, ownership, splits, release approval and payment outside the recording interface. A submitted reference vocal does not by itself transfer copyright or create a final release agreement. Producer acceptance records workflow status, not ownership.
5. Pro and beta features
Features, storage limits and pricing may change during beta. A displayed price is not a charge unless a checkout clearly identifies the amount and you authorize payment. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or commercial results.
6. Prohibited use and enforcement
Do not infringe rights, impersonate others, upload malware, evade access controls, scrape private data, manipulate metrics, harass people or use the service unlawfully. We may remove content, restrict features or terminate access after review, and may preserve evidence where reasonably necessary.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Buffalo Rappers does not guarantee that content is accurate, licensed, available or suitable for release. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, special and consequential losses.
